Senior Sales Representative

Reports To: Director of Sales
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Purpose

The Senior Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving sales performance and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism on the sales floor. This individual sets the tone for success by consistently delivering strong results, providing mentorship to peers, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the company’s values, integrity, and commitment to excellence.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, compliant, and high-quality sales presentations that align with company standards and policies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals and volume per guest (VPG) benchmarks.

  • Serve as a role model and resource for other sales associates by demonstrating best practices and sharing successful strategies.

  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment that motivates and supports collective success.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company programs, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to guests and owners.

  • Partner with management and compliance teams to ensure all sales practices uphold company policies and ethical standards.

  • Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and property events to stay informed and continuously improve performance.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

General Statement:
Performs assigned duties in full compliance with all company policies, codes of ethics, FLSA regulations, and applicable laws—ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and productivity at all times.


Job Requirements

Education / Experience / Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Proven, successful track record in Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales.

  • Consistently maintain a minimum of ____________ VPG, quality metrics, and sales performance as outlined in weekly reports.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to connect with diverse guests and build trust quickly.

  • High integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed for roadshows or special events.


Shift: Regular hours with flexibility to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.
