Schedule: Full-Time | Friday–Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off)

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Frontline Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives at our Pigeon Forge sales center.

Position Overview:
The Frontline Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the frontline sales team, driving performance, and supporting sales reps in meeting and exceeding their sales goals. This individual will play a key role in motivating and mentoring their team while contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of frontline sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals

  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance

  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to increase productivity and tour-to-sale conversion

  • Participate in daily sales meetings and trainings to drive a consistent and high-performing sales culture

  • Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment with company goals and operational excellence

  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies

  • Provide reporting, feedback, and performance evaluations to senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales management

  • Proven track record of success in closing sales and leading a high-performing team

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to motivate others and lead by example in a competitive sales environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Active or eligible to obtain a state-required real estate license (if applicable by law)
