Activations Supervisor
Position Summary
The Activations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Activations Department, ensuring team performance, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with company goals. This role plays a key part in driving sales and activations, resolving escalated customer concerns, and supporting the professional growth of department staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and inspire a team of activation agents to achieve departmental performance targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire training, ongoing development, and coaching initiatives.
Collaborate with management to implement new strategies, promotions, and process improvements.
Monitor and drive daily sales and lead generation efforts.
Resolve elevated customer issues and ensure exceptional service standards.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as requested by leadership.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and team growth.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in administrative or call center operations; leadership experience strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a team-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage performance and coach for results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
