We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and grow our high-performing sales team in Gatlinburg, TN. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for people development, strategic execution, and exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced, resort sales environment.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Vacation Ownership Consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent in alignment with company expectations and compliance standards.
Monitor and manage daily operations of the sales floor to ensure consistent performance and exceptional guest experiences.
Partner with marketing and resort operations to optimize tour flow, lead generation, and close ratios.
Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold company values and brand standards.
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing high-performance teams.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (experience may substitute).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance analytics.
