With a strong focus on professional development and sales success, we are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to support our high-performing sales teams in the Tennessee market.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a confident, engaging, and results-driven Sales Trainer to develop, deliver, and manage training programs for new and existing sales representatives. Based in the vibrant Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas, this role is essential to the growth and continued success of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably timeshare), adult learning principles, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective classroom and on-the-floor training for new hire sales representatives

  • Implement onboarding programs that promote retention and sales performance

  • Partner with site leadership to identify training needs and skill gaps

  • Coach and mentor sales reps on presentations, objection handling, and closing techniques

  • Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback and support

  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Assist in recruiting and selection when needed by providing feedback on sales talent

  • Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in timeshare

  • Proven track record of success in a frontline sales or sales leadership role

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills

  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others

  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg locations

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS or training systems a plus
