We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, simple repairs, and helping our guests have a great vacation. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and enjoy learning new things, we would love for you to join our team!

What you’re great at:

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures

• Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, changing HVAC filters, basic electrical and plumbing, etc

• Power washing and pool maintenance

• Inspecting rooms to ensure they are guest ready

• Helping guests with their TV, WIFI, and bringing them needed supplies

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and abilities we are looking for:

• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Be able to pass a basic background check
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations

• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.

• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them is preferred

• Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
