Job Title: Regional Sales and Marketing Leader
Location: Hawaii / Cape Cod / Sedona / Breezy Point
Position Type: Full-Time (On-site, not remote)

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales & Marketing leader to lead multiple markets and directly impact the growth and success of our teams.
Primary Functions:
Responsible for overall results in Hawaii, Cape Cod, Sedona, and Breezy Point markets (sales, marketing, admin, HR, recruiting, training).
Partner with site leaders to drive performance, maximize revenue, and ensure operational excellence.
Train, develop, and retain both sales and marketing agents and leadership at assigned locations.
Collaborate with Recruiting and Training teams to ensure proper staffing levels and ongoing training initiatives.
Provide leadership through direct reporting lines and cross-functional influence to ensure success at all assigned sites.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Residency & On-Site Leadership: Must live in and office at one of the four assigned markets (Hawaii, Cape Cod, Sedona, Breezy Point) or Branson. This is not a remote role.
Travel: Must be available to travel up to 3 weeks per month across designated sites.
Sales Leadership Skills: Proven ability to deliver both owner and non-owner podium presentations, train representatives, and turn over (TO) tables when needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience in timeshare sales and marketing with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Demonstrated success managing multiple sites and teams.
Strong background in training, coaching, and team development.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
