Capital Vacations is hiring driven, competitive Sales Representatives to join our Branson Voyage team.
This role is built for high-energy closers who can walk up, build trust fast, and keep momentum—even after hearing “no.”
If you know how to read people, adjust on the fly, and rebound quickly with a positive attitude, this is where you turn that skill into serious income.
What This Role Is
This is a live-floor, face-to-face sales role with warm prospects—not cold calling.
There is no required property presentation in this role.
You’re not here to give long tours—you’re here to sell.

Connect quickly and establish rapport
Assess tour quality in real time
Create urgency and move the deal forward
Close with confidence
Income & Compensation
$100,000 – $200,000+ annual income potential
Hourly base pay + uncapped commission
No draw structure (you keep what you earn—no payback)

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate tour quality quickly and adapt your approach in real time
Present and sell Capital Vacations’ Term Product with confidence and clarity
Build fast rapport and guide conversations toward a close
Handle objections effectively and recover quickly from setbacks
Consistently meet or exceed sales, close %, and penetration goals
Partner with T.O.s and Sales Leadership to maximize every opportunity
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards
Contribute to a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture
What We’re Looking For
Natural ability to connect with people quickly
Resilient mindset—you don’t carry rejection into the next deal

Strong closing instincts and ability to think on your feet

Coachable and able to apply feedback immediately
Sales experience is preferred (timeshare/high-volume is a plus), but attitude, presence, and adaptability matter more than background.
