In-House Sales Manager – Silver Lake Resort

Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced In-House Sales Manager to join our leadership team at Silver Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the most established and successful owner sales teams in the Orlando market. Silver Lake is home to an experienced, mature sales force that consistently produces multi-million-dollar results and includes several of the industry's top-performing sales professionals.

We're looking for a proven leader who knows how to coach, develop, close, and inspire top talent while maintaining a culture of accountability, performance, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced In-House Sales Representatives

  • Assist with closing and structuring sales transactions

  • Drive team production, VPG, and overall performance

  • Create a culture of accountability, energy, and professionalism

  • Mentor future leaders and top producers

  • Ensure compliance and sales presentation standards are maintained

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute business objectives

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Florida Real Estate License

  • Vacation Ownership Industry Experience

  • Previous In-House Sales Management experience

  • Proven track record of developing top-performing sales professionals

  • Strong closing, coaching, and leadership abilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • Orlando market experience

  • Experience leading high-volume owner sales teams

  • History of driving multi-million-dollar production environments
