Recreation Center Pool Maintenance Assistant

What are you motivated by?:

Provide association members and guests with a clean and safe swimming pool environment.

What you're great at:

  • Maintain water quality and chemical balance for pools and hot tubs and they meet all public health requirements
  • Maintain, test, care, repair, and manage indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs
  • Maintain Recreation Center’s pool equipment and contract outside vendor as necessary for repairs
  • Perform all other duties as requested

Here’s what you have already achieved:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience with timeshare resort maintenance is preferred
  • Previous experience with care and maintenance of public swimming pools preferred
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and handling of hazardous materials
  • Flexible schedule to include rotating schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
