Tour Guide Responsibilities (Before Licensing)

• Welcome and register guests at resort presentations
• Guide guests through check-in and welcome areas
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth guest flow
• Collect lifestyle and travel info (no sales before licensing)
• Hand off guests to Sales Executives seamlessly

Career Path

• Phase 1 – Tour Guide: Gain hospitality experience & prepare for your Arizona Real Estate License (fully reimbursed).
• Phase 2 – Sales Executive: Present vacation ownership, close deals, and earn top-tier commissions.
