We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Tour Receptionist to join our team in beautiful Hollywood Beach.

About the Role

As a Tour Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving for their vacation ownership presentation. Your role is critical in creating a welcoming first impression while ensuring the daily tour operation runs smoothly. You'll coordinate guest arrivals, support the Sales Team, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.

  • Verify guest information and prepare tour paperwork.

  • Coordinate daily tour flow with Sales Managers and Marketing teams.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions.

  • Prepare opening and closing reports and maintain accurate records.

  • Monitor and update tour counts throughout the day.

  • Communicate tour changes, VIP arrivals, and special requests to Sales Leadership.

  • Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general resort information.

  • Coordinate owner gifts and promotional items as directed by management.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

  • Professional appearance with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
