Position Title: Night Attendant
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
To provide guests/owners with increasing positive interaction by developing hospitality and courtesy skills.

Job Expectations:
1. Display a pleasant, professional, and guest-oriented attitude at all times.
2. Have an understanding of what is expected of your resort and you as its representative.
3. Arrive at your workplace in a timely manner.
4. Comply with resort and department codes, policies, procedures, and regulations.
5. Consider and understand guests/guestroom's security, privacy, and regulations.
6. Be willing to participate in team efforts and communicate with fellow employees.
7. Know and be able to complete job-specific duties for the shift you are working.
8. Communicate any uncompleted issues to the next shift departments as needed.
Essential Functions:
1. Count cash drawer and stamp money.
2. Register arriving guests and assign room.
3. Greet guests and provide door service and bell/valet service when needed.
4. Answer inquiries regarding resort services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community, and respond to guests’ complaints.
5. Ability to operate multi-line phone.
6. Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
7. Resolves or refers to Management all guest concerns, complaints or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service.
8. Remain current on room rates, room availability and emergency procedures.
9. Ensures management is aware of guest's special requests or needs.
10. Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all team members.
11. Log wake up calls and enter into console.
12. Walk property periodically, at least once per hour; make sure all doors are secure.
13. Log all Maintenance issues discovered during property walks, such as lights out, tripping
hazards, broken sprinkler pipes, etc.
14. Deliver Express-Check-out forms the night before check-out.
15. Print morning reports for Housekeeping.
16. Responsible for his/her maintenance of uniforms and nametags.
17. Perform other duties as requested.
