Front Line OPC Lead

Department: Front Line OPC
Office: Branson Sales Center
Location: Branson, MO

Earning potential up to $375 per tour, monthly sales bonus, plus override!

The role of a Community Marketing Agent is to provide information about the surrounding area to guests while giving opportunities for qualifying individuals to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations and all the vacation benefits we provide.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital Vacations
  • Responsible for training and developing marketers at Welcome Centers.
  • Responsible for assisting new employees in closing opportunities.
  • Responsible for creating an exciting work environment.
  • Responsible for personal performance
  • Responsible for keeping locations stocked with supplies for everyday business
  • Responsible for increasing month-over-month and year-over-year performance out of the Welcome Centers.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED

Skills and Abilities:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales or marketing experience is required.
  • Ability to maintain production standards
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work independently or as a team with a driven work ethic
  • Must be energetic and outgoing
