- HVAC Qualifications 

- Experience Supervising Others

- Computer Literate, experience working with a work order management software like MaintenanceX, HotSOS etc.

- Weekend availability.

- Sense of urgency.

- Appliance Repair.

- Experience in Hotel, Resort or Apartment setting would be a good fit. 

- The ability to set daily work schedules for others based on priority, skill set and guest impact.
