**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Ski Instructor to provide exceptional instruction and guidance to individuals of all ages and skill levels. The Ski Instructor will lead lessons, assess students' abilities, and provide feedback to help them improve their skiing techniques.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Instruct individuals or groups on skiing techniques, safety procedures, and mountain awareness.
2. Demonstrate skiing techniques and assist students in practicing these skills.
3. Evaluate students' progression and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons.
5. Assist with general mountain operations and guest services as needed.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in skiing instruction.

**Qualifications:**
1. Certified Ski Instructor through a recognized ski association (e.g., PSIA, CSIA).
2. Strong skiing skills and a passion for the sport.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
5. Knowledge of mountain safety practices and procedures.
6. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on weekends/holidays.
