**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Community Center to assist with a variety of customer inquiries, registration processes, and program information. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and members to ensure a positive experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Provide information on programs, events, and services offered at the Community Center
- Register customers for classes, events, and memberships
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
**Work Environment:**
The CSR will primarily work in an office environment within the Community Center. This role may require occasional evening and weekend hours to support events and programs.
