FL Exchanger Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Timeshare Exchanger Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling timeshare exchange services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in timeshare sales, customer service, or vacation ownership, with a focus on helping clients exchange their timeshare properties for other vacation destinations. You will work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to meet customer needs and provide solutions that enhance their vacation experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within Florida by engaging with timeshare owners who are interested in exchanging their properties for different locations or times.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping them understand the benefits of timeshare exchanges and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the timeshare exchange programs, destinations, and offerings to effectively communicate and educate clients on their options.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct one-on-one sales presentations to explain exchange programs, prepare customized proposals based on clients' needs, and guide them through the exchange process.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales: Lead the negotiation process and close sales by addressing objections, overcoming challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings within the timeshare exchange industry to better position and sell our products.
  • Sales Reporting: Track individual sales performance, report on customer feedback, and monitor key metrics using CRM software and regular sales reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer experiences from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the timeshare, vacation ownership, or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with the timeshare exchange process, including understanding different types of vacation ownership programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build trust with potential clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex timeshare exchange concepts in a simple and engaging way.
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • Availability to travel within Florida to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-driven sales environment.
