The Inventory Analyst’s key objective is to maximize overall inventory utilization and occupancy of resort inventory and maintain correct balance of availability in the PMS System.

• Implements yearly inventory allocations into PMS and ensure accuracy of all inventory allocations between the various channels
• Oversee Inventory usage assuring that it is properly utilized
• Identify and clarify inventory management issues and provide recommendations for movements to appropriate business channels
• Identify surplus and shortfalls of inventory supply, maximize utilization and execute strategy to achieve goals for the business units
• Work with Resort Management to identify operation best practices, desirable maintenance timeframes and how to best achieve occupancy goals
• Develop, run, and analyze Inventory Reporting
• Establish policies and procedures for usage of established inventory
• Set up inventory for new locations
• Add inventory to existing locations

Additional Comments: This role will have a primary focus to CV Club Inventory and will work directly with Yield Manager & Director of Inventory on implementing strategic shifts to inventory allocations and usage for Club as instructed.
