The Revenue Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Revenue Strategy and Distribution teams. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, completing routine audits, loading rates and promotions, and supporting property onboarding. The position follows established procedures and escalates issues to senior team members. This is a support-focused role with no pricing or strategic decision-making responsibilities.
Perform routine checks of PMS inventory blocks and report discrepancies.
Verify rental inventory distribution across PMS, CRS, channel managers, and OTAs.
Run standard audits for rates, availability, and restrictions.
Identify mapping/mismatch issues and escalate as needed.
Make basic updates to inventory statuses and LOS rules.
Enter and validate rates, restrictions, and promotions across systems.
Monitor system alerts and document/escalate issues.
Maintain user access logs and support access requests.
Assist with system maintenance tasks, including Sabre updates.
Assist with onboarding tasks for new properties using established checklists.
Load rates, LOS rules, and promotions for newly onboarded properties.
Verify connectivity and flag issues for technical teams.
Maintain onboarding documentation.
Load promotional rate plans and verify accuracy.
Test promotions to ensure proper setup across platforms.
Monitor promotion expiration dates and notify the team.
Support promotional documentation and reporting.
Enter partner allocations and update inventory.
Run reports for billing, reconciliation, and inventory tracking.
Flag discrepancies to senior team members.
Verify SPI rental visibility across distribution systems.
Maintain departmental documentation and shared folders.
Assist with recurring reports and project coordination.
Communicate with property teams, accounting, IT, and distribution partners on routine matters.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and the revenue team.
1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, revenue support, reservations, or distribution systems.
Familiarity with PMS/CRS platforms (IQware, SynXis, RDP, or similar) and OTA extranets (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) preferred.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Effective communicator; able to work cross-functionally.
Reliable, process-oriented, and consistent with recurring tasks.
