Capital Vacations is one of the largest and fastest-growing independent timeshare resort management and vacation club companies in North America. We manage more than 200 resorts and serve hundreds of thousands of members and travelers across the U.S. and Caribbean.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Processing owner info, owner records, and payments.
  • Billing & Collections: Preparing fee bills, assessing late fees, managing delinquencies.
  • Customer Support: Responding to owner & resort staff questions about maintenance fees and disputes.
  • Reporting: Preparing financial statements and records.
  • Tracking daily transactions and logging accordingly to how the accounting team need for their monthly financials.


Key Skills Needed:

  • Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent customer service and communication.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of timeshare operations (a plus)
  • Knowledge of SPI POS system(a plus).
