This is a performance-based role with strong income potential and clear growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified guests and guide them through a professional sales presentation
• Tour model units and explain the benefits of vacation ownership
• Work with leadership to structure purchase options
• Deliver a positive and engaging guest experience

All leads are provided. No cold calling or prospecting required.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

We welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, restaurants, automotive, insurance, and other service industries.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based pay with weekly payouts
• Monthly bonus opportunities (up to 18% commission payout)
