The Corporate Internship Program at Capital Vacations offers a rare opportunity to gain real-world business experience in a high-energy, professional environment while earning competitive hourly pay and performance-based bonus opportunities where applicable.
Unlike many internships, this program places interns fully immersed in day-to-day corporate operations, working alongside top-performing professionals and leaders. Interns participate in active projects, receive hands-on coaching, and are held to the same professional standards as full-time team members. The only difference is interns do not receive benefits.
