We’re seeking a high-performance leader who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to motivate teams to exceed goals.
As a Front Line Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Front Line Sales Team
Drive daily resort sales operations and revenue performance
Assist Sales Associates in finalizing and closing deals
Maintain required VPG and closing metrics
Ensure presentations are delivered according to company standards
Create excitement and urgency with both clients and team members
Protect the company by upholding policies, compliance, and industry regulations
Deliver a culture of accountability, integrity, and results
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’re on the floor, coaching, closing, and pushing performance forward every day.
Required:
Active Sedona Real Estate License
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front-Line Sales Associate
Proven ability to maintain required VPG and sales volume
You’ll Excel If You Have:
Strong presentation and closing skills
Exceptional communication (verbal and written)
High integrity and strong moral character
A competitive mindset and performance-driven attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
