As Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing the resort to life each day. You’ll partner closely with the General Manager to lead operations, support your team, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.
Help oversee daily operations across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
Lead, coach, and support team members while helping build a strong, positive culture
Coordinate operational projects and ensure seamless execution
Manage guest relations—turning challenges into memorable experiences
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and team performance management
Collaborate with department leaders to keep everything running smoothly
Support vendor relations, inventory, and administrative operations
Step in as a leader when it matters most—including after-hours support when needed
Passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with confidence
Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent experience
5+ years in the hospitality industry
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
