Location: Mashpee, MA

Capital Vacations | Mashpee, MA

Turn your summer into a career-launching experience.

At Capital Vacations, we’re not offering a typical internship—we’re offering a hands-on, revenue-generating, real-world experience inside one of the fastest-growing companies in the hospitality industry.

This May–August internship is designed for driven, outgoing individuals who want more than shadowing or busy work. You’ll step directly into the role of a Vacation Marketing Agent, gaining firsthand experience in guest engagement, lead generation, and sales-driven marketing.

Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities at the conclusion of the program.

What You’ll Experience

This is an immersive internship where you will:

  • Actively engage with resort guests and owners on property
  • Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations brand and vacation offerings
  • Invite guests to attend Owner Updates and sales presentations
  • Assist guests with on-site experiences and local recommendations
  • Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional guest interaction
  • Learn how to qualify guests and understand marketing-to-sales conversion
  • Handle real-time conversations that drive business results
  • Complete reports and track performance metrics
  • Support both inbound and outbound guest communication

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines—you’ll be in the action, building real skills that translate directly into a career.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Interest in sales, marketing, hospitality, or business
