R.O. Community Center- CSR

Department: Resort Operations-Customer Svcs
Office: Sapphire Valley Master Association
Location: Sapphire, NC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our R.O. Community Center. The CSR will be responsible for assisting community members, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a community center or similar environment
- Bilingual proficiency in [specific languages relevant to the community]
