In -House Sales Manager – Calypso Cay Resort

Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced In-House Sales Manager to join our leadership team at Calypso Cay Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a growing owner sales team within one of Capital Vacations' premier Orlando-area resorts. We're looking for a proven leader who can coach, motivate, and elevate performance while creating a culture centered around accountability, professionalism, and results.

The ideal candidate is a strong closer, an effective mentor, and a leader who understands how to maximize both individual and team production.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of In-House Sales Representatives

• Assist with closing and structuring sales transactions

• Drive team production, VPG, penetration, and overall sales performance

• Create a culture of accountability, energy, and professionalism

• Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders and top producers

• Ensure compliance and sales presentation standards are consistently maintained

• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic business objectives

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Vacation Ownership Industry Experience

• Previous In-House Sales Management experience

• Proven track record of developing high-performing sales professionals

• Strong closing, coaching, and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

• Orlando market experience

• Experience leading owner sales teams

• History of driving strong production and team performance

• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
