Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales experience (Required)

  • Active Tennessee Timeshare License (Required; candidates without a current license must be willing to obtain one)

  • Proven closing ability and strong relationship-building skills

  • Professional communication and presentation skills

What You'll Do

  • Meet with existing Capital Vacations owners during scheduled appointments

  • Build rapport and identify owner needs

  • Present upgrade opportunities and personalized vacation solutions

  • Guide owners through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation

  • Contribute to individual and team sales goals
