Recruiter – Florida Region

Onsite | Supporting Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach & Hollywood Beach

Capital Vacations is experiencing tremendous growth throughout Florida, and we're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to support hiring across our Florida region.

This role is far more than filling open positions. You'll serve as the recruiting partner for operational leaders, helping drive hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and attract top talent across multiple Florida markets.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This is an onsite position based in Florida with travel between our resort locations as business needs require. Travel throughout the region is approximately 25%.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding.

• Support hiring across Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and Hollywood Beach.

• Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

• Build proactive pipelines for Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Operations, and Corporate positions.

• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, and additional recruiting channels.

• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities across multiple Florida locations.

• Develop recruiting marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Represent Capital Vacations at hiring events, networking events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

• Maintain recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Analyze recruiting performance and recommend process improvements.

• Assist with onboarding, new hire classes, recruiting events, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting in high-volume sales, hospitality, staffing, or customer-facing environments.

• Proven success sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and social media.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple openings across different markets in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience recruiting sales professionals, hospitality leaders, or vacation ownership talent.

• Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media recruiting.

• Passion for building talent pipelines and creating innovative recruiting strategies.

• Ability to travel throughout Florida (approximately 25%).
