Capital Vacations is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our Frontline Sales Team in Gatlinburg!

You’ll meet with qualified guests who are already visiting the resort and scheduled to meet with our team—so there’s no cold calling or prospecting.

Whether you have sales experience or come from hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’ll provide the training and coaching to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with guests already scheduled to visit our sales center
• Build relationships and create an engaging guest experience
• Present vacation ownership opportunities professionally
• Understand guest needs and recommend vacation solutions
• Follow our proven sales process with leadership support
• Contribute to individual and team goals

Previous sales or vacation ownership experience is helpful—but not required.

Licensing

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Timeshare/Real Estate License. Capital Vacations provides guidance, licensing support, and FULL reimbursement assistance.
