Recruit Position Duties

• Responsible for overall operation of Tennis Center.
• Able to prepare annual budget.
• Order inventory & display merchandise.
• Knowledge of tennis court resurfacing.
• Knowledge of tennis & pickleball court maintenance.
• Knowledge of racquet stringing & repairs.
• Provide Lessons & instruction to members and guests.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity

Recruit Position Requirements

• Must be 18yrs. or older.
• Must have a valid Driver License & proof of vehicle insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to operate cash register & accurately complete daily sales reports.
• Must be able to instruct both members & guests in both tennis and pickleball.

Recruit Position Schedule

• Tennis Center is open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon.-Sun. (May-Oct.)
