R.O. Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage our housekeeping staff in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest units, coordinating cleaning schedules, and training new staff members.

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Understanding of budgeting and cost management

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all cleaning needs are met
- Handle customer complaints and special requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and control expenses within the departmental budget
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
