Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Enforce Sales Compliance Policy
- Manage Corrective Action Process for Sales (Performance and Compliance)
- Sales Performance for VPG will be owned by this position.
- Progressive Compliance Corrective action will be tracked and administered.
- Investigate Allegations
- Customer Resolutions - Contact customers to resolve Cust. Sat. Issues
- Review QA Closings/Manage Provano program.
- Review weekly reporting for any Capital Sales exceptions (Downpayment/Discounts/ETC).
- Sales Collateral/Product Rollout Management – ensure training materials and sales collateral is approved and up to date.
- Ohana Exchange Replacement Contracts - Conduct DocuSign Closings
Qualifications:
- QA or contract compliance experience in the Timeshare Industry required.
- In office position based out of Myrtle Beach, SC.
