Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional service to guests.
2. Ensure efficient handling of guest check-ins and check-outs.
3. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
4. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk operations.
6. Assist in scheduling, ensuring front desk coverage, and conducting regular performance evaluations for front office staff.
7. Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
8. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a front office role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure.
7. Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
